HARD AT WORK

Here are a few pictures where I am going over a black (worst vehicle color to detail) Porsche 911 C4 with an orbital polisher made by Porter Cable. I used a liquid wax by Mother's on this particular car. I normally choose a firm cleaner wax from Mother's, but the 911 just needed some very slight swirl marks removed. Notice: head lamp helps to see any swirls or blemishes in the paint; the masking of potentially damaged parts or places the wax would stain. Doing more prep work saves time in the long run. That we've learned from experience!
